The company:

All-in-one creators platform to host live workshops, sell courses, build memberships, and grow communities.

The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager who will work directly as the right hand to the Head of Growth. This person reports into the Head of Growth and works in tandem with the broader growth team.

This is not a strategy role. This is a senior executor who thinks like an owner, someone who can walk into a broken funnel, diagnose it independently, and fix it without waiting to be told what to do.

What This Person Will Do:


- Own and fix broken growth funnels end to end, paid acquisition, inbound, outbound activation, and mid-funnel conversion

- Diagnose what is broken, prioritize what to fix first, and execute with full ownership

- Work directly with the Head of Growth and the lifecycle marketing lead to align on direction and execution

- Build systems and processes that the broader team can operate inside

- Surface problems the Head of Growth has not seen yet, not wait to be asked

Experience We Are Looking For:


- 3.5 to 5 years in growth, preferably at a SaaS or high-growth startup

- Has worked across at least two funnel types, paid and lifecycle, or inbound and outbound

- Has worked in a small team of 5 to 15 people, large corporation or pure agency backgrounds will not be the right fit

- Has independently diagnosed and rebuilt a broken funnel, not just managed a healthy one

The One Non-Negotiable:

They must have walked into a broken funnel, diagnosed it on their own, and rebuilt it. This is the single most important filter.

What We Are Not Looking For:


- Someone who waits for a brief or direction before moving

- Someone who has only owned one channel their entire career

- Someone who measures themselves by effort, not output

- A strategist who cannot get into execution

- Someone coming only from a large corporation or a pure agency background
