Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Marketing Analytics Tools & Solutions Consultant to partner with multinational corporations in identifying, shaping, and solving complex business challenges through advanced analytics and data-driven insights. This role bridges strategic problem-solving, data science acumen, and consultative storytelling, enabling clients to unlock value from analytics solutions. The consultant will act as both a trusted advisor and a business developer, driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, channel partnerships, upselling to existing accounts, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Identify and connect with relevant stakeholders (CXOs, CMOs, Heads of Analytics, Marketing Leaders) within multinational corporations.
- Develop strong professional networks and nurture long-term client relationships to open doors for strategic engagements.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business challenges, pain points, and unmet needs in marketing, customer insights, and data analytics.
Problem-Solving & Solutioning:
- Translate client business problems into well-defined problem statements aligned with analytics-driven solutions.
- Leverage understanding of statistical models, machine learning techniques, and marketing analytics tools to evaluate in-house solutions.
- Collaborate with internal data science, analytics and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions for client-specific challenges.
Storytelling & Presentation:
- Create impactful client presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations tailored to stakeholder priorities.
- Use data storytelling techniques to explain complex statistical and analytical models in a clear, business-friendly manner.
- Present and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decision-making at senior levels.
Business Development Support:
- Support leadership in proposal creation, RFP responses, and client pitches.
- Identify opportunities for upselling by spotting unmet client needs.
- Develop thought leadership material (case studies, whitepapers, decks) to strengthen firm positioning.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline across India and international markets, leveraging both direct sales and channel partnerships to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and articulate our differentiators to prospects and clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts to track performance against targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related (MBA Marketing preferred).
- 7-10 years experience in analytics consulting, solutioning with client-facing exposure and revenue generation targets.
- Strong foundation in statistical modelling & ML (regression, clustering, churn, predictive analytics), econometrics, and analytics applications.
- Expertise in marketing analytics: MMM, pricing/promotion analytics, segmentation, personalization, and ROI frameworks.
- Hands-on: R, Python, SQL, Excel; experience with Tableau and Power BI.
- Translate analytics into actionable insights; create client-facing decks and dashboards; present to CXO-level stakeholders.
- Consultative selling, negotiation, stakeholder management; channel partner development and revenue-sharing models, proven to deliver ~67 Cr p.a.
- Preferred: strong network in FMCG, Retail, BFSI, Telecom, or E-commerce.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, boutique consulting environment; strong written/verbal English, curious and growth-oriented.
