Senior General Manager - Supply Chain Management - Healthcare

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to lead and drive the end-to-end Supply Chain function encompassing planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure operational excellence, cost optimization, and seamless product availability across global markets. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing strategic supply chain initiatives aligned with the organization's business objectives, ensuring agility, compliance, and sustainability.

Detailed Responsibility:

- Responsible for the entire gamut of end-to-end Supply Chain covering areas such as Integrated planning, Warehouse, Distribution, and Logistics for India.

- Dispatch plans from Manufacturing units to Distributors, and from Distributors to the customers.

- Minimizing Finished Goods Inventory, reducing overall costs and stock outs.

- Ensure Efficiencies in Lead Time and Cost by selecting the right mode for the movement of goods, ensuring safety, timely delivery.

- Lead and support domestic SCM/Business Support team in India.

- Deep understanding and experience of S&OP process and Inventory optimization. A high-performer to elevate our SI&OP - Lead indicators - Fill rates, RCI & forecasting capabilities.

- Good understanding of Distribution Requirement Planning / Management & logistics.

Experience:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in SCM.

- Hands-on experience Demand planning, Supply planning, Supply Chain Network Design, Logistics, Warehousing.
