General Manager - Sales (Pharma Packaging - Injectables)
Location: Mumbai, India
CTC: Up to - 75 Lakhs per annum
Industry: Pharma Packaging / Injectables / Healthcare
Strong Communication Skills
20 to 25 years of progressive experience in Sales & Business Development.
Strong preference for candidates from the Pharmaceutical (Injectables) or Packaging industries.
Must have experience managing both Domestic and International Sales portfolios.
Strong Excel knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the injectable pharma packaging segment.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with pharma manufacturing companies.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across domestic and international markets.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, including regional managers and key account executives.
- Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular sales reviews.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in top pharmaceutical companies.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients by understanding their packaging requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and customer feedback.
