Senior General Manager - HR - Textile/Apparel Manufacturing

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. GM / GM HR to lead Corporate HR, HR Strategy, and Business Partnering for one of the leading Apparel Manufacturing groups in Bangalore.

The role will focus on driving HR strategy aligned with business objectives, strengthening HR business partnering, and supporting organizational growth through effective people and talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive and implement HR strategy and people initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

- Lead Corporate HR functions and provide strategic HR support to the organization.

- Partner with business leadership to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective HR solutions.

- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for senior leadership and key business functions.

- Drive organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Develop and strengthen HR processes, policies, and practices across the organization.

- Provide strategic inputs on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people - related business decisions.

- Lead and mentor HR teams while ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives.

Required Candidate Profile:

- 21 - 27 years of overall HR experience, preferably in large - scale organizations.

- Strong experience in Corporate HR, HR Strategy, and HR Business Partnering.

- Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of HRM, organizational development, talent management, and people strategy.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

- Experience in the Textile / Apparel Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
