Designation: Sr. / General Manager - Sales & Marketing

Location: Delhi

Purpose:

- Manage and oversee the sales operations in the assigned area of operation

- Designing plans to meet targets, developing relationships with clients/customers, and

- evaluating costs for selling products and services.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify prospective customers for the designated territory.

- Lead the sale process and engage with the prospects & Customers.

- Fine tune and present the solution to prospects.

- Close sales projects leading to achieving sales targets.

- Liasoning with government utilities/ agencies and corporates.

- Ensure Timely collection of receivables.

- Achieve profitability objectives.

- Manage a team of Marketing & Technical Executives

- Achieve Account management objectives and support to customer projects.

- Willing to travel Pan India.

Skills & Experience:

- Excellent relationships skills. Be able to find, maintain and grow profitable relationships.

- Solutioning mindset with demonstrable abilities to logically interpret a problem and provide solutions.

- Strong customer focus with perceptive and engaging customer management skills.

- Has engaging personality with the ability to meet and engage at CXO level.

- Have experience and/or knowledge of direct account management.

- A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.

- Experience in industrial Marketing, Power plant sector preferable.

- Good experience of dealing with corporate and government clients.

- Experience in conducting business across region will be preferable.

- Good Personality and ability to meet and engage with top management.

Years of Experience: 15 - 20 years of work experience in a similar role in Industrial Sales

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Power Plant Engineering, MBA (Preferable)
