Qualification: CA Preferred /MBA (only premier B Schools)

Years of Experience: 10-15 Years of Experience into Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, M&A and Corporate Finance roles.

Team Handling: Yes, 2 Direct Reportees (Senior Manager & Manager)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Spearhead Investor Relations for the organization

- Formulate Investor relations strategy to optimize shareholder value.

- Effective communication of company's strategy, businesses, assets, operations and future growth prospects to the investors and analysts.

- Manage earnings releases (Quarterly, Interim & Year-end releases), other releases / announcements as and when arising

- Drive M&A agenda through industry research, screening, assessment, deal closure and Integration.

- Annual Report preparation - content writing and facilitating design etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement a comprehensive IR strategy expanding institutional investor base and strengthening shareholder relationships.

- Enhance organization's visibility through proactive engagement with analysts, brokers, and Institutional investors

- Oversee quarterly earnings, annual reports, and market communications and compliance with accuracy and transparency

- Creating and implementing a robust investor relations strategy to position the company effectively among global and domestic investors while strengthening relationships with leading brokerage firms.

- Expanding equity research coverage by engaging with multinational corporations, domestic brokerage houses, and institutional investors to enhance market perception and drive shareholder value.

- Ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent communication of financial performance, corporate developments, and strategic initiatives to maintain investor confidence and credibility.

- Managing equity offerings, and capital-raising initiatives while effectively communicating the company's growth story to the investment community.

- Serving as the key point of contact for the investor community, whereby representing company in International / Domestic Road Shows & Investor Conferences.

- Leading the coordination with senior Leadership teams/ executives, cross-functional teams for preparation of Quarterly Earnings Calls, and other investor meetings

- Provide information to Board of Directors on a regular basis on investor activity, stock performance, peer company comparisons and company stock surveillance.

- Study and analyse data bases pertaining to tracking of performance of the company (IQVIA, etc)
