About the Role:
We are hiring a senior leader to drive partner-led business expansion across key markets for a fast-growing, well-funded consumer brand. This role will own end-to-end expansion from partner identification to deal closure and onboarding, while delivering on aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive expansion strategy across priority markets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of partners/investors
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and closures
- Evaluate partners on financial strength and strategic fit
- Lead and scale the business development team
- Track pipeline, conversions, and expansion metrics
Ideal Profile:
- 10 - 15 years of experience in business development / expansion / partnerships
- Strong exposure to partner-led or multi-location business models
- Proven track record of deal-making and closures
- Strong team management and stakeholder handling skills
- Experience in consumer, retail, QSR, or similar sectors preferred
