Senior General Manager/Assistant Vice President - Marketing - Textile/Garments

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior General Manager/Assistant Vice President - Marketing for a premium Apparel Manufacturing company based in Bangalore.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and managing business of approximately USD 50 Million annually, with a strong focus on premium and luxury apparel brands across the USA, UK, and European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development and manage a business portfolio of approximately USD 50 Million per annum.

- Develop and execute marketing and business strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and luxury USA, UK, and European brands.

- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.

- Lead business negotiations and manage key customer accounts.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and business commitments.

- Drive long-term business growth through strong customer engagement and market understanding.

Required Candidate Profile:

- 23 - 30 years of relevant experience in apparel manufacturing/export marketing.

- Strong expertise in handling Wovens - Tops & Bottoms is mandatory.

- Proven experience in handling premium/luxury USA, UK, and European brands.

- Strong business development, client management, negotiation, and marketing capabilities.

- Experience in managing large-scale apparel business portfolios.

- Strong understanding of international apparel markets and customer requirements.
