Senior General Manager/Assistant Vice President - CFOs Office

Role Purpose:

The role will work closely with the CFO to support financial strategy, FP&A, and key strategic transformative initiatives for real estate businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Strategy, FP&A & Project Analytics:

- Support CFO in financial strategy formulation, and long-term financial planning.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning at consolidated and project/SPV levels.

- Develop and maintain robust project financial models, including IRR, NPV, DSCR, break-even, and sensitivity analysis.

- Monitor project performance, funding adequacy, construction cash flows, and returns.

- Support evaluation of new projects, bids, and strategic initiatives from a financial perspective.

2. CFO Office & External Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a key support to the CFO in interactions with external stakeholders, including:

- Prepare high-quality presentations, rating notes, information packs, audit committee & board decks, and lender review materials.

- Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent financial communication.

3. Ad-hoc Strategic Projects & CFO Support

- Work closely with the CFO on ad-hoc strategic, financial, and transformational initiatives, including:

- Business and portfolio reviews

- Restructuring, refinancing, and deleveraging exercises

- Asset monetization and capital recycling initiatives

- Evaluation of inorganic opportunities and strategic partnerships

- Support special management reviews, scenario planning, and deep-dive financial analyses.

- Assist in strengthening MIS, dashboards, and decision-support analytics for senior management.
