Introduction

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic professional to join our leadership team as a Senior Fundraising Leader, based in Mumbai. This is a strategic leadership role within the real estate sector, where the incumbent will drive fundraising initiatives, develop investor relationships, and oversee end-to-end fundraising strategies to support large-scale real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead fundraising initiatives across real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial objectives.

- Build, nurture, and manage relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, family offices, and financial institutions.

- Design and execute fundraising strategies to secure long-term capital commitments.

- Oversee due diligence, negotiations, and closure of investment deals.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising objectives with overall business goals.

- Stay abreast of market trends, investor sentiments, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate fundraising landscape.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 6+ years in the real estate fundraising or investment domain.

- Proven track record of successfully raising funds from institutional and private investors.

- Strong network of investor relationships within the real estate sector.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
