Role Overview:

One of the Large wealth management Group is looking to hire a senior fundraising professional to drive large-scale fundraising through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and other fixed-income instruments.

The individual will be responsible for building and managing relationships with Mutual Funds, Asset Management Companies, Banks, Insurance Companies, Family Offices, AIFs, Wealth Platforms and other institutional investors, with a strong focus on generating substantial fundraising volumes.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of raising 1,000 Cr+, preferably through NCDs / structured fixed-income products, and possess strong relationships across the MF / AMC ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute fundraising initiatives for NCDs and other fixed-income instruments across institutional and sophisticated investor segments.

- Own the fundraising cycle from investor identification and origination to deal closure and fund mobilisation.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mutual Funds, AMCs, Banks, Insurance Companies, AIFs, Family Offices, Wealth Managers and Institutional Investors.

- Leverage an established MF/AMC network to generate large-ticket fundraising opportunities.

- Drive fundraising of 1,000 Cr+, with responsibility for achieving defined annual and quarterly mobilisation targets.

- Identify appropriate investors based on ticket size, investment mandate, credit appetite, duration and product suitability.

- Work closely with internal teams including Investment, Treasury, Structuring, Credit, Legal, Compliance and Product to execute transactions.

- Understand investor requirements and structure transactions / NCD issuances accordingly.

- Lead investor discussions, negotiate commercial terms and coordinate transaction closures.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing investors while continuously expanding the institutional investor base.

- Track market trends, interest-rate movements, liquidity conditions and investor appetite to identify fundraising opportunities.

- Develop a strong understanding of competing issuances, pricing, structures and market positioning.

- Prepare and present investment propositions / transaction opportunities to prospective investors.

- Ensure timely execution of documentation, due diligence, approvals and transaction closure.

- Maintain a robust pipeline of institutional investors and provide regular fundraising forecasts to senior management.

- Represent Client in discussions with key institutional investors and build long-term strategic relationships.
