Experience - CA qualified with 10 to 15 years in financial controlling, cost control, financial reporting, stakeholder management.

Notice Period- Immediate Joiners preferred . Max 30 days notice .

Roles and Responsibilities-

1. Plant FR

- Review of accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Inventory accounting and Revenue Recognition

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements as per Group Calendar

- Analysis of variances in month end reporting

- Prepare and publish timely monthly MIS with detailed commentary

- Publish data for monthly RLT meeting

- Prepare and publish timely quarterly/yearly Board presentation

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and Group reporting

- Research technical accounting issues for compliance; M&A/PPA accounting

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

- Collaborate with external auditors, Internal auditors, cost auditors.

- Preparation of Management reporting

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Collaborate with external, internal and cost auditors along with ATR compliance;

- Preparation and monitoring of monthly cash flow and alignment of requirements with Treasury

2. WA Africa Compliance

- Financial Controls & Compliance

- Follow up on ATRs

- Statutory compliance

- Designing and review of Company policies

- Audit processes, practices and documents

- Collaborate with external auditors

3. Accounting and Consolidation

- Hands on experience in preparation of financial statements

- Quality Review of GSS KPIs and work done for Reporting deliverables

- Knowledge of Due Diligence

- Ensure Monthly Closing Activities

- Managing collection; monitoring overdue Account receivables

- Streamline vendor payment process

- Preparation of consolidated financials

- Ensure proper intercompany eliminations

- Ensure closing of General Ledger Accounting

- Departments heads (Sales; production; Order management team etc.)

- Regional and Global GSS and GPO teams

- Global Team

- CFO and VP

- Board of Directors

External; Internal; Cost auditors

Other consultants (Tax, compliance)

Experience

- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller

- CA with 10-15 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Hands on experience in preparation of financial statements

- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills

- Knowledge of SEBI LODR norms, IndAS and Companies Act in financial reporting

- Working knowledge of M&A financials and related reporting.
