Senior Financial Controller - Lending/NBFC - CA

A well-established NBFC is looking to hire a Financial Controller to lead end-to-end financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and financial control. The role will oversee statutory reporting, RBI compliance, liquidity management, and internal controls while supporting senior management on financial planning and risk matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under Ind AS

- Ensure full compliance with RBI regulations, Companies Act, and statutory norms

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management review

- Manage treasury, liquidity, borrowings, and lender relationships

- Oversee audits (statutory, internal, tax) and regulatory interactions

- Strengthen internal controls, risk frameworks, and process automation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience

- Strong background in NBFC or BFSI financial control roles

- Hands-on knowledge of RBI regulations and Ind AS reporting

- Experience managing audits, regulators, and financial institutions

- Exposure to treasury, liquidity, and funding management

- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate (onsite role)
