Senior Financial Analyst - Market Research Firm

Key Responsibility:

- Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to provide actionable insights

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

- Support budgeting and forecasting processes

- Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies

- Work closely with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial data

- Track KPIs and financial metrics for business performance evaluation

- Provide support for audits and internal reviews

- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives

- Assist in creating investor decks and management reports

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA (Inter) preferred

- Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting

- Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial statements

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling

- Familiarity with tools like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is a plus

- High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and problem- solving skills

- Good communication and presentation skills
