Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Modeling & Valuation - CA/CFA

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst with strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation. This is a hands-on role requiring end-to-end ownership of complex financial models used for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, maintain, and optimize integrated 3-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

- Perform valuation analysis including DCF, comparable company analysis, and scenario modeling

- Develop detailed revenue models, cost structures, and sensitivity analysis

- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

- Review and enhance existing financial models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategy and investment decisions

Requirements:

- 2-8 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or Financial Advisory

- Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques

- Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, dynamic models, multi-sheet linking)

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in building models from scratch

- Exposure to transaction advisory, valuation, or deal environments

- Professional certifications such as CA / CFA (preferred but not mandatory)
