Job Description:

Sr. Financial Analyst role involves preparing monthly management reporting, performing costing activities related to cost roll ups, cost projections, etc. and addressing related adhoc requests, while also looking for ways to automate and simplify existing processes.

This role will specifically focus on supporting Medline Europe's business and would have exposure to partner with business & other teams.

Required Skills:

- Work experience-Must

- At least 3-5 years of financial planning, reporting, and/or analysis experience.

- Experience in working cross-functionally and collaboratively in a global organization.

- Strong technical accounting skills and practical knowledge of the principles of financial accounting and accounting standards

- Multiple stakeholder management

- IS experience

- Experience working with an ERP system QAD

- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot, Power Query, etc.)

- Experience and exposure to Alteryx and Power BI is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to communicate strongly and influence without authority.

- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Having a continuous improvement mindset

- Flexibility and a good team player

Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly divisional, departmental and other reporting with accuracy and in a timely manner.

- Partner with the Onshore team to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines are met.

- Perform costing related activities involving cost roll-ups, cost projections, reviewing cost changes, etc. and communicate these effectively to the stakeholders.

- Engage with the onshore team in order to gain a more complete understanding of the businesses and participate in suggesting value additions to current analysis and reporting.

- Respond to all relevant queries (including ad-hoc) from onshore business partners in an accurate and timely manner.

- Continually look for opportunities to drive process improvement and automation.
