Key Result Areas:

1. Client Advisory and building potential pipeline & database and build long-term relationships

2. Approaching clients to enquire about their insurance investment and their future financial investment needs

3. Scheduling appointments with the clients and conducting meetings to gather financial information and understand their objectives and determining the extent of present coverage and investments.

4. Determining clients' particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments

5. Conducting in-depth financial assessments to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.

6. Developing and presenting comprehensive financial plans, including retirement planning, investment strategies, and risk management.

7. Utilizing knowledge of income tax investment strategies and advising client on tax planning

8. Recommending appropriate insurance products to clients, such as life, health, property, casualty, and other types of insurance

9. Building client relationships foster long-term relationships and trust with the clients by offering continuous advice, reviewing clients' insurance needs over time and recommending policy updates as necessary

10. Providing risk management advice by helping clients identify potential risks and suggest insurance products or policy adjustments.

11. Conducting policy reviews by periodically reviewing clients' policies to ensure the insurance coverages are still suitable for their customers' changing circumstances and financial goals

12. Collaborating with clients to review and adjust financial plans based on life events, economic shifts, or regulatory changes.

13. Educating and creating awareness with clients on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities

Competencies:

1. Good interpersonal and communication skills

2. Good experience and knowledge of banking and insurance sector

3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

4. Good knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products - insurance, mutual funds, Bonds', Fixed Deposit, Pension plan, Retirement plan and others

5. Good knowledge of income tax regulations

6. Excellent stakeholder management skills

Education Qualification:

MBA or PGDBM with 15 years and above of work experience in banking, financial services or insurance industry
