Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business performance analysis for the India entity.

The role will involve analysing financial data, monitoring business performance, preparing management reports and supporting financial decision-making through accurate financial insights.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial modelling, advanced Excel, financial reporting and FP&A processes, along with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consolidate key business metrics to monitor month-on-month, quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year business performance.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, historical reporting and financial analysis.

- Prepare monthly financial reports and analyse actual performance against budgets and forecasts.

- Perform variance analysis and provide meaningful financial commentary to management.

- Extract and analyse spend data from SAP for cost centre-wise reporting.

- Develop financial models, reporting templates and Excel-based tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

- Analyse cost reduction opportunities and evaluate their impact on EBITDA across business units.

- Support monthly financial closing activities, management reporting and KPI tracking.

- Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for audits, budgets and forecasts.

- Monitor cost per employee and other operational financial metrics across business units.

- Maintain supplier databases and coordinate resolution of vendor-related issues.

- Support the development of business cases, financial assessments and implementation plans for improvement opportunities.

- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate financial performance insights to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial reporting or sourcing.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, balance sheets and financial reporting processes.

- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and variance analysis.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables; knowledge of Excel Macros will be an added advantage.

- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and financial reporting systems.

- Experience in analysing SAP spend data and preparing cost centre-wise reports.

- Understanding of financial controls, reporting procedures and performance metrics.

- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced business environment.

Educational Qualification:

- MBA / PGDM in Finance preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a related discipline.
