What You'll Do:

- Lead Complex Financial Projects: Take primary responsibility for conducting, analyzing, and meticulously documenting complex financial projects from inception to completion.

- Strategic Analysis: Apply in-depth financial expertise to perform advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

- Reporting & Insights: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting efficiencies.

- Mentorship & Guidance: Provide advice, training, and technical guidance to less experienced financial analysts, fostering their development and ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Independent Work: Operate with a high degree of independence, requiring guidance only in the most intricate and unique situations.

- Cross-Functional Impact: Contribute significantly to the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across various work teams.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

- Experience: 5 to 7 years of significant experience in financial analysis, demonstrating a track record of handling complex projects.

- Independence: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results in complex environments.

- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools, Microsoft Excel (advanced), and financial reporting systems.

Reports To: Financial Analysis Project Leader or other Senior Financial Analysis Management.
