Role Overview:

As the Senior Finance Systems Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving finance transformation initiatives, ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our SAP Finance systems. You will collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to deliver impactful solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our finance processes and systems, directly impacting the business's ability to make informed decisions and achieve its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Finance modules (e.g., FI, CO, AA, TR) to support the organization's financial processes and reporting requirements.

- Manage and execute finance systems projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with finance business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop functional specifications for SAP Finance enhancements and customizations.

- Provide expert guidance and support to finance users on SAP Finance functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems to ensure smooth business operations.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials, to facilitate knowledge sharing and user adoption.

- Oversee data migration and cleansing activities during SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize SAP Finance processes and systems, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.

- Manage relationships with external consultants and vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and adherence to contractual obligations.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements related to SAP Finance systems, including SOX compliance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage SAP Finance implementations and upgrades, delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, AA, TR) to meet specific business requirements.

- Strong understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make sound decisions.

- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of finance systems professionals.

- Bachelor's degree/PG in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
