Hotels Finance Role  - Involved in extensive business planning of new territories, five year business projections, Cash flow planning and feasibility analysis of new stores  - Reviewing and consolidating monthly financial reports received from different Hotels and compare the same with budget.  - Tracking key financial and operational KPIs of Mall Operations like occupancy, average rents, operation cost etc. and compare against the budget.  - Supervise accounting, financing and commercial activity of Hotels Ensuring proper accounting in ERP system and submitting all the required details to Corporate MIS department. Annual Audit Hotels.  - Actively involve and prepare budget (business plan) schedule for all operating Hotels including rentals, operating expenses, marketing income and expenses etc. Variance analysis on monthly basis with reasoning.  - Assist GM in creating a new vertical for Hotels in accounting system. Defining Charts of Accounts etc.  - Key initiator for atomization of various MIS on available system to get more accurate data on time.  - Formulation and implementation of SOPs for various activities like financial control and accounting for the mall, Capex Reporting etc.  - Project Costing Report - Follow up with territory to get updated project reports and reporting any deviations in project cost, Processing project payments to consultant, contractor and Ensuring proper accounting in ERP system   - Project Commercial Activity: - Keeping track of Performance Bond, Advance Bond, Insurances, Retention and Payment terms for the contracts awarded. Assist GM in analyzing the tender evaluation report prepared by projects department.  Experience in Pre-opening of Hotels is a plus  Experience in 5- hotels Mandatory  CA Mandatory  Multiple Roles at different Levels from Assistant Manager- Controllers.
