About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager (CA) to join a leading luxury retail jewellery brand. This role will play a critical part in driving financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for the business

- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes

- Conduct variance analysis and track business performance against budgets

- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and financial insights for leadership

- Monitor financial performance and recommend strategic and operational improvements

- Partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and profitability enhancement

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reporting

- Analyze key business drivers and provide actionable insights to optimize costs and revenue

Key Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

- 5 - 8 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

- Prior experience in retail / luxury retail / jewellery industry preferred

- Strong expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and MIS reporting

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
