Senior Finance Manager - Fund Accounting

Fund Accounting:

- Oversee and manage end-to-end fund accounting, MIS, financial statement preparations (Quarterly & Annual - IFRS and AS), audit coordination and finalization, working capital management.

Compliance:

- Manage all compliances including direct and indirect tax compliance, AIF SEBI compliances, transaction (investment & sale) review from regulatory perspective, timely update of compliance checklist, coordinate with consultants.

Investor Related:

- Oversee and manage capital calls, distributions, NAV calculations, SOA, investor queries, management fee computation, Investor register, coordinate with RTA, assist in preparation of investor reports.
