Senior Finance Manager - CA

JOB BRIEF

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Leader to oversee financial operations and drive strategic decision-making. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll manage finance, accounting, and reporting, ensuring compliance and providing data-driven insights to support ambitious growth goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and efficient operations.

- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives.

- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes to guarantee timely and accurate invoicing and payments.

- Conduct financial analysis and prepare MIS reports with actionable insights for management.

- Manage and optimize cash flow and working capital; secure financing to support growth.

- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.

- Establish and maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance in financial reporting.

- Coordinate with external auditors for streamlined audit processes.

- Partner with business unit leaders to provide strategic financial guidance.

- Lead implementation of financial systems and software (e.g., Tally ERP).

- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies to protect financial health.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 3-5+ years of post-CA experience.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.

- Effective leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate and collaborate.

- Proficient in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).

- Experience in risk management and mitigation.

- Familiarity with the data sciences industry is a plus.
