We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive fiscal responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, along with exceptional leadership skills.

Location: Colaba, India.

Work Mode: Work From Office.

Role: Senior Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee billing, invoicing, receivables and collections.

- Ensure timely follow-up for payments to maintain optimum cash flow.

- Own end-to-end Accounting activities (month closing, reconciliations, ledgers etc.

- Prepare and analyze ROI / financial performance dashboards.

- Support Audits, Compliance And Statutory Financial Requirements.

- Work closely with business units, internal teams and management for financial planning.

- Implement process improvements for better control & faster cycle time.

Requirements:

- Experience 3+Years into Senior Finance Manager.

- Minimum proven experience in Finance Manager / Senior Finance professional role.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles & O2C processes.

- Proficiency in Excel / ERP / MIS reporting.

- Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills.

- Candidates with pending results or awaiting exam clearance are not eligible.
