About the Role:

We are seeking a high- calibre Senior Finance Manager to take charge of corporate accounts, taxation, and compliance for the India operations of a global trade house. The role offers exposure to a dynamic international trading environment, working closely with cross- functional teams across trading, finance, and risk. This position is ideal for a Chartered Accountant with a strong grounding in financial controls, taxation, and statutory compliance who is looking to build a career in global commodities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead corporate accounts and taxation for India operations

- Oversee finalisation of accounts, annual budgets, and monthly financial reporting

- Drive Hyperion reporting, flash commentary, and financial analysis

- Manage statutory, tax, and transfer pricing audits

- Handle GST filings, direct tax assessments, and compliance

- Strengthen internal controls in line with global standards

- Lead improvement projects in reporting processes, P&L attribution, and balance sheet analysis

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of post- qualification experience

- Background in Big 4, Banking, or Global Trade Houses preferred

- Strong knowledge of GST, direct taxation, and transfer pricing

- Exposure to commodities trading or physical trade accounting desirable

- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines in fast- paced environments

- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
