Senior Finance Manager - CA

Role: Senior Finance Manager.

Location: Vadodara.

Shift: 11 to 8 pm IST.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Control:

- Lead overall financial operations, ensuring robust accounting practices, compliance, and governance.

- Prepare, review, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.

Regulatory & Compliance.

- Ensure statutory compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks.

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits, assessments, and filings.

- Business Partnering & Strategy.

- Provide financial insights to support business growth, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Partner with senior leadership to develop financial models, scenario planning, and strategic roadmaps.

- Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive financial risk management.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, driving efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.

- Implement best practices, internal controls, and automation to improve financial processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, and IFRS.

- Proven expertise in taxation, treasury, and compliance management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
