Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for a sharp and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead financial operations, drive key decision-making with data, and ensure robust fiscal governance.

This role demands strong business acumen, analytical clarity, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across the business.

- Present insights that influence strategic choices.

Business Partnering:

- Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to provide financial inputs and drive performance improvements.

Compliance & Controls:

- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.

- Oversee internal controls and risk management processes.

Reporting & Insights:

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

- Deliver dashboards and reports to senior leadership and board.

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor liquidity, working capital, and treasury operations to ensure healthy financial sustainability.

Strategic Projects:

- Support fundraising, M&A due diligence, cost optimization, and other high-impact initiatives.

Team Leadership:

- Mentor and manage a lean finance team.

- Drive process improvements and technology adoption in finance operations.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- 8-12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

- Proven experience in financial modelling, business analysis, and board-level reporting.

- Strong understanding of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and tax compliance.

- Proficient in Excel, financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho), and BI tools.
