We are looking for a highly experienced and trustworthy Senior Finance Manager to manage end-to-end financial operations. This opportunity is ideal for seasoned professionals, including retired or semi-retired experts, who can bring maturity, stability, and strong financial governance expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end finance & accounts functions

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Ensure taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness

- Manage investment planning & investor relations

- Drive financial governance, risk management & internal controls

- Strengthen financial systems, processes, and reporting

- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience as CFO / Finance Controller / Head of Finance

- CA / Cost Accountant / Certified Finance Professional preferred

- MBA considered only if from IIM

- Strong hands-on expertise in taxation, audits, compliance, investment handling & investor relations

- High ownership mindset with strong integrity and trustworthiness

- Excellent communication skills

Strict Filters:

- No general MBA candidates (unless from IIM)

- No purely theoretical profiles - hands-on experience is mandatory

Preferred Profiles:

- Retired / semi-retired professionals open to consulting roles

- Candidates with strong stability and long-term mindset

- Cross-industry experience is welcome
