Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager Finance to oversee financial operations, manage cash flow, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure effective vendor and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, forecasting, and coordination skills to support business and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable & Collections

- Coordinate with the Sales Team for timely collections and receivables management.

- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure follow-ups to maintain healthy cash flow.

Cash Flow Management

- Forecast cash inflows and outflows on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Maintain liquidity and ensure optimal utilization of funds.

Purchase & Vendor Management

- Validate purchase orders for stock procurement using data analytics such as stock-in-hand, sell-out data, and historical trends.

- Coordinate with the Purchase Team for vendor payment planning.

- Act as a single point of contact between the Purchase Team and suppliers.

- Ensure smooth vendor and customs management processes.

Inventory & Cost Control

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is within optimal limits.

- Coordinate with concerned teams to maintain efficient inventory turnover.

Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare financial forecasts, MIS reports, and variance analysis.

- Provide management with accurate financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
