About the Role:

As a Senior Manager - Finance, you will play a critical role in overseeing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. You'll lead a dedicated finance team and contribute significantly to our organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and statutory compliance requirements.

- Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial planning activities.

- Audit Coordination: Coordinate effectively with auditors and drive continuous process improvements within the finance function.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification (Essential):

- Chartered Accountant (CA) OR

- Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)

Experience (Essential):

- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed organization.

- At least 1 year of experience in a company preparing financial statements under Ind AS.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

- CISA/DISA certification or completion of an Ind AS course.

- 1+ year of experience working in an ERP (SAP) environment.

Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
