Job Description:

Role Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person to support the accurate and timely execution of tax-related processes across our organization. The individual will be responsible for working on end-to-end compliance for Indirect Taxes for the company. This role involves managing tax documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting tax reporting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations.

Roles and responsibilities:

Tax Documentation & Compliance:

- Maintain and validate tax documentation.

- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.

- Monitor changes in tax laws and assess operational impact.

- Monthly GST return and GST input reconciliation

Tax Reporting & Reconciliation:

- Assist in preparation and submission of tax filings.

- Reconcile tax and reporting data across systems. Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.

Process Improvement & Automation:

- Identify opportunities to improve tax workflows and reduce manual effort.

- Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.

- Liaise with external advisors and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualification for the role:

- CA Inter/MBA Finance/M.Com/B.Com

- Minimum working experience in Taxes should be 2-5 years

- Should know end to end GST related filling and knowledge of IMS portal

- Working experience in Oracle NetSuite will be added advantage
