Senior Finance Executive - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Candidates with B.com | M.Com|ICWA preferred having MBA in Finance from an accredited University | Premier Institution.

- 4-8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.

- Professional certifications like CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA (Cost Management Accountant), ACCA, or CPA can be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills in English & regional and teamwork abilities.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities:

- Contribute responsibly and adhere to relevant laws, regulations and corporate obligations in terms of financial aspects.

- Accounts payable and Receivable.

- Billing & Invoicing.

- Strong knowledge in TDS, TCS, GST, IT Returns.

- Ledger maintenance 7 Journal entries.

- Must have knowledge in Tally, Tally ERP, Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime.

- Guide management of Project Budgets, Cost to Complete, Cash Inflow/Outflow, Cost Control, Project Terms & Finance across construction projects.

- Standardise & streamline all financial processes.

- Preparation of financial reports, monthly project reports.

- Analyse Pre/Post Calc and implement improvements.

- Single point of contact for all Cost Control and Transactional processes.

- Close cooperation with all stakeholders.

- Support to Management with related reporting.

Competencies:

- Strong finance/accounting background with reporting and reconciliation skills.

- Should be proficient in end to end accounts & compliance.

- Should be a responsible staff, team cooperative

- Good communication skills in English, Tamil & Hindi.

- Ability to quickly understand new processes and work to improve them.

- Advanced MS Office skills, in particular Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

- Structured approach to problem solving.

- Good understanding of project management principals and construction.
