Senior Finance Controller - Manufacturing - CA

We are hiring a Senior Finance Controller for a fast-growing manufacturing organization. This role will lead the complete finance function across plant and corporate operations, ensuring strong financial control, statutory compliance, and governance.

The ideal candidate is a qualified CA with hands-on plant finance exposure and the ability to independently manage the entire finance function in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Control & Reporting:

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting

- Prepare financial statements, MIS, dashboards, and variance analysis

- Ensure accuracy of books covering assets, liabilities, reserves, revenues, and expenditures

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Plant Finance Management:

- Manage plant finance including costing, inventory valuation, production accounting, and scrap analysis

- Oversee stock verification, inventory ageing, and variance reporting

- Partner with plant operations for cost optimization initiatives

Statutory Compliance & Audit:

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and other statutory requirements

- Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits

- Handle GST audits, IT assessments, and regulatory matters

Treasury & Banking:

- Monitor fund flow, vendor payments, receivables, and working capital

- Manage banking relationships and credit facilities

- Team Leadership & ERP

- Lead finance teams across plant and HO

- Strengthen internal controls and process improvements

- Support ERP implementation and financial automation

Candidate Profile:

- CA qualified (mandatory)

- 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing finance

- Strong exposure to plant finance and costing

- Hands-on experience in financial statements, MIS, and statutory compliance

- ERP implementation exposure preferred

- Ability to independently manage end-to-end finance operations

- Strong analytical and leadership skills
