It includes reviewing accounts, laisoning with auditors, communication with local accountant on daily basis to resolve operational issues at ground . Key Responsibilities: 1. Review various accounting records 2. Review asset, liability and capability account entries by compiling and analyzing account information 3. Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other daily /weekly /monthly MIS reports for relevant stakeholders 4. Substantiates financial transaction by preparing documents for audits on monthly basis and co-ordinates the same with auditors. 5. IFRS based financial preparations 6. Intercompany loan reconciliation of holdings and its other subsidiaries 7. Maintaining accounting controls by following policies and procedures 8. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information 9. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. 10. Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement 11. Compute taxes, owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment 12. Working capital Management 13. Adherence to statutory compliance 14. Inspect and keeps accounting systems up to date 15. Organize and maintain subsidiary financial records 16. Operational systems, implementation, administration and infrastructure development 17. Ensure global best practices are shared when and where necessary 18. Review of reconciliation and submission of monthly /quarterly reports 19. Ongoing control and maintenance of all operational related facilities and issues, accounts to meet the overall business requirements with upward integration 20. Compilation and maintenance of the month end Treasury reporting, reconciliation, stock variance, gross profit margin control in Mauritius. Treasury company for various internal stakeholders 21. Monitor and communication new regulatory rules at ground banking module changes if any or other operational pressing issues. Desired Skills and Traits: 1. Excellent Communication Skills 2. Proficient in Accounts, Taxation and Audit 3. Willing to relocate to Zambia Qualification: CA Years of Experience: 3-4 Years of Experience in finance and finance operations - accounts, tax and audit background.
