Role Overview:

The Finance Senior Analyst role at Sar HR is a critical position responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis, reporting, and planning support to the organization. This role collaborates closely with the finance team, business unit leaders, and senior management to drive informed decision-making and improve financial performance. The Finance Senior Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, developing budgets and forecasts, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of business performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, to provide actionable insights to management.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop and manage the annual budget process, working with department heads to create realistic and achievable financial plans.

- Create financial forecasts, incorporating market trends, business strategies, and operational data, to support strategic planning and resource allocation.

- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate the potential impact of business decisions and investment opportunities.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management on progress against targets.

- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and internal controls.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support for strategic initiatives and projects.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
