Role Overview:

As a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations, you will serve as the engine behind our human capital strategy, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while optimizing operational workflows. You will partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional leadership to translate business goals into high-impact hiring plans. Your day-to-day involves balancing strategic talent sourcing with the meticulous management of recruitment data and processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience. By driving efficiency in our hiring funnel and fostering a culture of excellence, you will directly influence the quality of our workforce and the long-term scalability of our business operations in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for diverse roles, ensuring a robust pipeline of high-caliber talent to meet aggressive business growth targets.

- Manage recruitment operations and reporting, providing stakeholders with actionable insights on hiring metrics to drive data-backed decision-making.

- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview frameworks, ensuring alignment between candidate profiles and organizational culture.

- Streamline onboarding and recruitment workflows to minimize time-to-hire and enhance the overall experience for both new joiners and internal teams.

- Oversee talent management initiatives by maintaining accurate candidate databases and leveraging internal tools to improve process transparency and compliance.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycles, with a strong ability to source and engage passive talent for niche requirements.

- Proficient in leveraging HRIS and applicant tracking systems to maintain data integrity and generate performance reports for leadership review.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and navigate complex organizational structures with ease.

- Strong analytical mindset to interpret recruitment trends and adapt strategies to meet changing business demands in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for building professional relationships and representing the company brand to prospective candidates.

- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field, combined with the ability to thrive in a high-energy, on-site work environment in Bangalore.
