About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Executive - Data & Technology to support our Finance & Accounting organization in the US. This role involves financial reporting, data analysis, automation, and process enhancement. The position requires strong expertise in financial systems, advanced analytics tools, and collaboration with onshore CFO teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and distribute financial reports using SAP, Hyperion, HANA, and Business Objects.

- Build and optimize workflows using Alteryx, SQL, and Python to automate reporting and data processing.

- Perform data validation, control checks, and ad-hoc analysis to ensure accuracy.

- Create/update Hyperion reports and resolve technical/reporting issues in collaboration with IT teams.

- Consolidate and analyze data across sources to deliver insights on utilization, revenue, and expenses.

- Recommend and implement improvements in financial reporting processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across geographies to align reporting with business needs.

- Provide guidance/support to junior team members when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications preferred).

- 4-6 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or data analytics in a large corporate (Big 4 experience preferred).

- Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.

- Experience in engaging with senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

- Financial Systems: SAP, Hyperion, HANA.

- Data Analytics & Automation: Alteryx (workflow automation, data blending, transformation).

- Programming/Databases: SQL (complex queries, optimization), Python (Pandas, NumPy).

- MS Office Tools: Advanced Excel (VBA, financial modeling, large dataset handling).

- Databases: MS Access (design, query writing, data extraction).

- Preferred Certifications: Alteryx Designer Core, Microsoft PL-300, CFA (advantageous).
