We are seeking a results-oriented and self-driven Senior Executive Sales & Marketing to join our Food Division based in Gurgaon. This role demands a strong foundation in the food business, a passion for sales and business growth, and hands-on experience in domestic and international trade, with a specific focus on export-import processes. The ideal candidate must bring a combination of strategic thinking, an aggressive sales mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/BBA (Mandatory)
- MBA in Marketing or Sales (Highly Preferred)
Key Skills & Competencies (Non-Negotiable):
- Food Business Background Must have previous experience in the food or FMCG domain
- Knowledge of Domestic & International Trade, including Export-Import operations
- Strong passion for sales and business growth
- Highly aggressive sales mindset and goal-oriented approach
- Hardworking with a positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools
- Familiarity with SAP (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Willingness to travel frequently across regions
- Demonstrated success in customer and supplier expansion
Major Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
- Maintain and grow the existing client base while building relationships with new customers and suppliers
- Lead and manage Export-Import trade activities, ensuring compliance with international regulations and smooth logistics
- Represent the company in domestic and international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Independently handle client communications, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet business growth objectives
- Analyze market trends and customer behaviour to propose strategic sales initiatives and identify expansion opportunities in the food sector
- Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on sales performance, pipeline status, competitor activity, and growth forecasts
- Drive initiatives that reflect a strong sales and marketing strategy aligned with the companys objectives in the food/FMCG domain
Experience Required:
- 2 to 7 years in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the Food Industry and/or Domestic & International Trade sectors, especially Export-Import operations
