Accounts Payable / 2. Taxation Location: Fort, Mumbai Reporting to: Manager- Accounts Payables / Taxation Education Qualification: CA equivalent preferred/ICWA/CS Candidate profile: Should have experience 2-5 years into Taxation (during article ship OR during full time job) into manufacturing companies. should have 2-3 years of experience into Payable, monthly closing, Oracle working experience Job Purpose: To be responsible for all Accounts Payable and Creditors Reconciliation, monthly closing Functional Responsibilities: - Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices - Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. - Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries. - Payment to creditors vide RTGS, NEFT & Cheque - Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments. - Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. - Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. - Maintains historical records by filing documents. - Reports and payment of TDS & WCT by calculating requirements on paid invoices. - Entry of foreign remittance's accounting - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. - Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed. - MIS Preparation - monthly reports Salary Offered : 6 - 12 LPA
