The role will primarily entail 4 key pillars of HR Recruitment : End to end hiring activity from sourcing to processing resumes to negotiation to offer. HR operations : Managing complete employee life cycle from joining to confirmation to all major employee milestones. People processes : supporting the team on all major people processes like appraisals, talent reviews, increments, 360 surveys etc. Employee engagement , end to end responsibility of executing the engagement calender for the division.
