Learning & Development: Assist in designing and implementing learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 2. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, such as online and offline activities, communication campaigns, and feedback mechanisms through pulse surveys. 3. Culture Building: Contribute to culture-building activities, such as employee recognition programs, team-building exercises, daily connects with the employees. 4. Recruitment: Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. 5. Data Analysis: Assist in tracking and analyzing HR metrics, such as employee engagement surveys and training participation. 6. Responsible for seamless onboarding & induction of new hires.
