Senior Executive - Finance - CA

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Qualified CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Cash Expense Management & Reporting Track, manage, and report all cash expenses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reconciliation.

- Financial Record-Keeping Maintain the general ledger, prepare journal entries, and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.

- Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversee payment cycles, vendor payments, and collections to ensure smooth cash flow management.

- Financial Statements & Reporting Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and P&L statements, for internal and external reporting.

- Bank Reconciliations & Audit Support Perform monthly bank reconciliations and provide necessary financial data for internal and external audits.

- Budgeting & Forecasting Support financial planning by assisting in budgeting and forecasting to optimize cost management.

- Process Improvement & Internal Controls Work closely with internal teams to enhance financial processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.

- Tax Compliance & Filings Ensure accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory filings while staying updated on regulatory requirements.

Who You Are:

- Qualified CA with experience in finance, accounting, and compliance.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation is a plus.

- Experience with cash flow management, reconciliation, and expense tracking.

- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software.

- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance is a good to have.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
