Senior Executive / Asst.Manager: HR
This is a Plant HR role for the Manufacturing unit. It reports to the DGM HR & IR and is based in Bangalore.
Education and Experience:
- MBA in HR with Relevant work experience of 6-10+ years in HR, with 3-5 years in HR Business Partner/Generalist positions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Read & Write in Kannada is mandatory)
- Highly proficient in using digital tools (MS-Office), Digital HR systems and good exposure to Analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business leaders to identify talent requirements, plan for talent development, productivity and retention.
- Lead regular HR cycles (performance management, C&B planning, etc.) and deliver on key HR metrics with respect
to recruitment, diversity recruitment, training, engagement, etc. by partnering with the country CoEs.
- Be an enabler for a culture that is in line with the Organization's practices by advocating the same to the employees as well as stakeholders; deploy culture building initiatives and implement a high-performance culture.
- Analyze trends in employee turnover, employee engagement surveys, performance management, pulse sessions andrecommend interventions backed by data. Stronghold on data, providing insights and recommendations.
- Implement and communicate the new policies, procedures, and programs in support of Business.
