Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Mutual Fund Operations

Experience: 5-12 Years (AMC Mandatory)

Location: Mumbai

Department: Operations Mutual Fund

Reporting To: Head Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle credit matching and efficient cash utilization across banks.

- Prepare daily cash flows for all MF schemes.

- Manage unit capital accounting and reconciliations.

- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

- Process expense accruals, payments, and ensure taxation compliance.

- Prepare and share MIS reports with Senior Management.

- Support audits and internal operational reviews.

Skills & Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in Mutual Fund Operations within an AMC.

- Strong understanding of MF operations, accounting, reconciliation & expense management.

- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving ability.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Qualification: CA or Full-Time MBA
