About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Events & Conferences Manager with 8+ years of proven expertise in leading large-scale B2B events, conferences, and global industry gatherings.

- The ideal candidate has a strong background in tech or FinTech events, association-led conferences, or similar high-impact B2B environments.

- This role requires complete ownership of end-to-end event delivery-from concept and strategy to execution, stakeholder management, revenue generation, and post-event analysis.

- The candidate must be commercially driven, exceptionally organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Planning:

- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of global conferences, summits, and flagship B2B events.

- Develop event strategies aligned with business goals, revenue targets, and brand positioning.

- Build project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for each event.

Speaker & Stakeholder Management

- Manage C-suite and senior-level speakers, including outreach, communication, onboarding, and session preparation.

- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and industry associations to ensure high-quality content curation.

- Ensure all speakers and stakeholders receive a seamless, premium engagement experience.

Sponsorship & Commercial Management

- Drive sponsorship sales strategy and achieve revenue targets for events.

- Develop compelling sponsorship packages, prospect lists, and partnership proposals.

- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and industry partners.

Project Management & Execution

- Take full ownership of all event deliverables-venue management (if physical), virtual platforms, production, logistics, and attendee experience.

- Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful event delivery.

- Manage the Community Events Coordinator and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams.

Marketing & Audience Growth

- Work closely with the marketing team to drive registrations, attendee engagement, and brand promotion.

- Collaborate on campaigns, digital promotions, outreach strategies, and targeted communication plans.

Post-Event Analysis & Reporting

- Measure event performance using data-driven insights, attendee feedback, and ROI metrics.

- Provide detailed post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA in marketing is required

- 8+ years of experience in B2B events, conferences, or global industry forums.

- Proven success in end-to-end event ownership, including strategy, planning, execution, and analysis.

- Strong exposure to tech/FinTech events, digital transformation forums, or association-led conferences.

- Demonstrated ability to manage C-suite speakers, high-level partners, and global stakeholders.

- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sponsorship revenue.

- Exceptional project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.

- Hands-on, proactive mindset suited for a fast-paced startup environment.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
