Senior Equity Research Analyst - BFSI Sector

Job Description:

Key Requirements:

- Should have experience in equity research (Buy side/sell side) of about 7-15 Years and more into Indian Markets & BFSI Sector.

- Experience handling Small, Mid, Large Cap sectors.

- Should have passion for investing in equity markets with proactive approach & eye for details having mix of top down and bottoms up approach to investing.

- Should be Able to do Industry Analysis to understand competitive forces, industry dynamics etc.

- Should be Able to do company analysis including financial modelling, tracking quarterly/annual results, attending earning Concalls, deep dive into annual reports (forensic deep dive) etc.

- Generating ideation funnel for new investment ideas under Company's Investment framework.

- Interacting with industry/sector experts, channel checks, sell side, managements of companies etc.

- Enable Investment Committee in decision making of investee companies and new investment ideas.

Required Candidate profile:

- 1. Any CA, Post Graduate in Finance, CFA with Minimum 7 Years of experience into BFSI Sector.

- 2. Good financial modelling skills.

- 3. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.
