Senior Equity Analyst

Description :

Key Accountability Areas :

Financial Modelling and Analysis :

- Building, understanding, and updating complex Financial Models for equity valuation and business analysis

- Updating and reviewing the financial model on regular basis for various internal and external purposes

Assistance in Marketing/pitching to investors :

- Creation of IM and teaser /marketing materials for pitching to investors

- Assistance in providing all information to investors on need-to-know basis by Liaising with relevant team

Reach out to Investors :

- Reach out to investors and investment banks/consultants

- Creating RFP , getting quotation and ensuring all internal compliances are met

Assistance in Due Diligence, Documentation and Closure :

- Understanding of key commercial and financial aspects under Non-Binding Offer Binding offer and legal documentation

- Due Diligence support by ensuring all information is uploaded in Data Room

- Documentation closure with legal teams

- Closing of Transaction by ensuring all CPs are met

- Responsible for entire due diligence process and ensuring its closed within stipulated timeline

Financial Strategy :

- Financial analysis for strategy preparation with Growth & Strategy team

- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for management

Reporting :

- Investment performance reporting

- Preparation of presentation to management committee/Investment Committee

- Reporting for external investors in their format
