ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of growth and success . You will be responsible for leading our go-to-market strategy, sales, and marketing efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Partnerships:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise, startup, and mid-stage clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Sales and Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.

- Oversee the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support.

- Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.

Operational Excellence:

- Implement efficient systems and processes to streamline operations.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in the SaaS, Fintech or banking industry is mandatory.

- Sales Experience: Must have a Software Sales and Enterprise Sales experience along with a good network.

- Ready To Travel: This role may require travel inter/intra-city up for up to 50% of the time for client visits.

Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as influence stakeholders at all levels.

Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business fundamentals, including finance, marketing, and sales.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Data-Driven Approach: A strong focus on data-driven decision-making.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SaaS products and technology trends.

Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
